Dare To Believe

Dare To Believe

All changes when you dare to believe
No limits on what we’ll¬†achieve
The masters watch as things unfold
It’s time to act, we’ve all been told

So who will listen to their call?
Will any good now come at all?
It’s not the same for each in turn
But all should know there’s much to learn

Then what’s the answer? ¬†Perhaps don’t ask
Just pay attention to your task
When every little job is done
Then look to see – here comes the sun

We don’t need more than what we’ve found
It’s everywhere, just look around
Our doubts and fears will simply leave
When, at last, we dare to believe

True Believers

True Believers

True believers never fear
Because they know the answer’s near
No matter what this world may bring
A believer finds a song to sing

And just before we start to fight
About the truth and who is right
Be mindful of the need for light
We all may need it, one dark night

Now stop a moment, re-explore
It’s not enough to just want more
The things we do, the way we live
Whatever we may make or give

So in our thoughts let’s make some time
A rest from life’s great uphill climb
The truth will come and then we’ll see
Just what believing’s meant to be

The Other Side

The Other Side

What waits on the other side?
Is life a dream once we have died?
The world has things we like to do
But one day this will all be through

Be not afraid, we’re told to hear
For nothing’s ever helped by fear
Think to the future, life goes on
Beyond this world once we are gone

Respecting life and helping all
A doctor must fulfill his call
And yet the day will come at last
When drugs and knives are in the past

For souls are free and have to move
A body has no case to prove
It lives and dies with all the rest
But souls live on and stand the test

Look deeper then around this land
And one day all will understand
We’re here to help, enjoy the ride
But keep in mind the other side
